I recently used Empire State Builders for two projects at my house - exterior siding and painting, and the installation of a garden window for my kitchen.  I could not be happier with their work!!  I found the company randomly - and when I made the call the owner (John) picked up the phone and helped me immediately.  David Owitz was my contact, and I truly felt like I was his only client!!!  He listened, responded immediately, kept in constant contact and kept ALL his promises!  (And he's a really nice guy!!!)  The work was done quickly and professionally.  When I had a concern about a particular item it was changed literally the next morning!!  They showed up when they said they would, the price was what they said it would be and the jobs were done - start to finish - when they said they would.  As I look around at the work I can see the little extras they did - which speaks to their professionalism and attention to detail.  David said their goal was to make me happy and they did!

Empire State Builders and Contractors did a bathroom remodel for us.  We worked with David Owitz who managed our project.  He was professional, friendly and extremely attentive. I first found out about Empire State Builders from a neighbor that recommended them for a kitchen renovation that I was looking to do.  Mark came out to give me an estimate and some ideas.  He was very knowledgable and provided sample and photographs of previous kitchen renovations.  His communication was great.  His staff were very accommodating, professional and cleaned up every day which I appreciated.

The renovation went great and on schedule and they also changed all my flooring on the first floor.

We wanted to finish our garage, so we contacted Mark at Empire State Builders because we love the kitchen remodel he did in our house (for the previous owners). From our first phone call all the way through completion of the project, Mark's communication was fantastic. He was available any time we had a question, gave us a fair price for the job, and didn't hit us with any surprise expenses along the way.

Empire State Builders and Contractors, Inc. did a great job siding and replacing the decks on my house. My house looks fresh and new! Mark was at my house everyday to oversee the job and asked if there were any questions or concerns. The attention to detail by the crew was wonderful to see. They were always on time, answered any questions and cleaned up everyday. Thank you Mark, Marcello, Luis, Jorge and Marco. (**Updated with kitchen picture) Discovered Empire State builders online - Mark has been great from the start. He and his team did our two bathrooms and we are starting the entire downstairs and kitchen in Feb. The bathrooms were finished pretty quickly and we have been getting nothing but complements so far!
